Train staff on the RTI pyramid of interventions and increase teacher understanding of how to get the most out of Buc Block

Key staff attend PLC conference to refine practices to impact instruction

Implement literacy strategies in all courses which include the use of rigorous texts and extended written responses (data:  EOC)

Increase the use of reading charts and diagrams health as a literacy strategy (data: EOC)

Utilize strategic scheduling practices to ensure students have opportunities to complete all courses necessary for promotion (data: transcript, grades)

Effectively utilize Academic Lounge and Buc Block as an intervention opportunity for students at-risk of failing classes (data: Buc Block spreadsheet & grade data)

Effectively utilize credit recovery, online courses and credit repair opportunities (Data: grade, EOC data)

Monitor EOC data and narrow focus for literacy strategies

Review data from EOC and course failures, evaluate scheduling practices for EOC courses

Evaluate the impact of scheduling adjustments based on student performance and EOC data. 

Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions; Academic Lounge and Buc Block based student participation and grade data. 

Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions utilized to recover credits & repair grades
