Week of March 27
Parents/Guardians,
We are almost at the 12th week of the school year, and we are only one week away from Spring Break. Our freshmen, sophomores, and juniors have six weeks of school remaining, while our seniors have only about four weeks remaining. Spring Break is a great opportunity for students to complete all missing assignments and turn them in after they return. We hope that all of our families have an enjoyable and safe Spring Break.
Parents of current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, this week please have your student complete the survey below so that we can get their opinion about offering a Healthcare Science/Sports Medicine Career Pathway next year. https://forms.office.com/r/N5m0eT25Jj/
To all of our Parents of Seniors, below in the attachments are the PowerPoints and the packets (English and Spanish versions) that were shared at the Senior Parent Meeting on Tuesday, March 31. Students may also pick up a packet in the front office or in the counselors' offices. Friday, March 24, was the final day to request tickets via the student portal. Students who did not request graduation tickets will receive two tickets.
The deadline for students to BEGIN a course in after school Credit Recovery is March 30th.
That leaves 7 weeks to complete the course.
For the safety of all students, we want to remind parents and students that all students are expected to leave the building each day no later than by 4 PM unless the student has tutoring or is involved in a club or sport. All students must be under the supervision of a teacher after 4 PM each day in order to remain in the building.
Thank you,
Dr. Watkins

- Junior Parents: If you are interested in helping with the IB Medal Ceremony on May 20th, please reach out to one of the board members through membership toolkit.
- Senior parents: There are roughly 15 remaining days in each class left to prepare student for their IB Exams in May, so student attendance and class participation is crucial.
