Please click the attachment below to see the Dodgen carpool traffic pattern.  Drivers are double-stacked in two lanes to relieve congestion on surrounding streets.  Then, cars will alternate merge or "zipper" merge every other car into one lane at the curve.  Diagrams from the DOT are attached below.
