In 1972, Austell Junior High was renamed Luke Garrett Middle School in memory of Dr. Luke Garrett, Sr., one of Austell's prominent citizens.
Fifty years later, we have reached a special milestone in our school's history. The 2021-2022 school year marks our 50th anniversary, and we are excited to celebrate with our students, teachers, parents and community members.
