Media Mustangs Celebrate Read Across America
SHARE
The Media Mustangs celebrated Read Across America during the month of March. Sponsored by Mrs. Harris and Mrs. Terschan, the Media Mustang Club helps promote, work, and plan our media center activities. In addition, they provide service to the school which also focuses on literacy.
Most recently, the Media Mustangs read to students in Mrs. Faciane's class and worked with American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters while reading. In addition to all the great programs offered at Pine Mountain Middle School, our school also features a Deaf / Hard of Hearing program for middle grade students who reside throughout West Cobb. Read Across America is celebrated during the month of Dr. Seuss' birthday. It is designed to promote reading across schools.
