If your student has medication in the clinic, please call Tammy Armstrong, School Nurse, at 678-594-8252 ext. 022, to schedule a medication pick-up time.  If you do not pick up the medication, the medication will be discarded on the last day of school, May 25 at 2:00 PM, per CCSD policy.  No medication will be left in the clinic during the summer.  Please communicate in advance via phone or email so that the nurse can prepare for your arrival.
