Meet Oscar Caldwell, this week's Staff Spotlight! Mr. Caldwell is an English Language Arts teacher at Pine Mountain Middle School. Mr. Caldwell also serves as the seventh grade team lead and on the Mustang Pulse School Leadership Team. This is Mr. Caldwell's third year at the Mountain.  

Mr. Caldwell loves building connections with his students. Whether you see him in the classroom with his students or at lunch interacting with them, it is clear that Mr. Caldwell loves working with middle school students. From creating a fun and competitive environment with his students during the Color Battle competition to working with his seventh grade colleagues to ensure that the best schedules or logistics are in place to keep students safe and focused on learning, Mr. Caldwell has earned the respect of both his students and his colleagues.
