Meet Terri Terschan, this week's Staff Spotlight. Mrs. Terschan serves our students and staff in the official capacity as the media center paraprofessional. However, in her unofficial capacity, she serves our students and staff by making sure everything they do is the best it can be.

Mrs. Terschan can be observed creating new book displays, making new bulletin boards, and checking out new novels to students.  You can also observe her troubleshooting technology issues, substituting in a classroom, or showing students how to do better research. Mrs. Terschan is a perfect example of servant leadership. 

Although she may be a certified public accountant by training, she is a miracle maker by all she does at our school. During times that our school has struggled to find substitutes, Mrs. Terschan was there. She is always ready to jump in wherever she is needed to help a teacher and to ensure learning never stops for our students. Her creativity and fun ideas have lead to the development of competitions for our kids such as the most recent Heroes versus Villains book promotion.
