Meet Mrs. Teri Neal, Pine Mountain Middle School's Secretary to the Principal and Employee of the Month.

On any given day, Mrs. Neal is in contact with countless parents, students, staff, district office employees, business owners, and community leaders. It doesn't matter who you are or what you have, Mrs. Neal gives each person the same level of undivided and caring attention. In addition, Mrs. Neal handles payroll as well as many other business related matters for our school. Whether she is helping create a special moment for our students and staff like the Great Turley Raffle or she is helping a concerned parent, Mrs. Neal can always be found listening intently while trying to determine how she can help. Steven Covey says, "Seek first to understand and then be understood". Mrs. Neal models this every day.
