If you want to see what kindness, thoughtfulness, and work ethic looks like in action, meet Mrs. Lucy Autry! Mrs. Autry is this week's Staff Spotlight. Mrs. Autry is a member of our custodial team at the Mountain and has served our learning community since 1998. During this time, she has ensured the students and staff have had nothing but the best with their school. 

Mrs. Autry is a master act of living a life of being mindful. From noticing the slightest differences in normal, day-to-day behaviors of students and staff to providing notes of appreciation for to staff for the work they do, Mrs. Autry is keenly aware of how people are feeling and knows just what to say to help lift everyone's spirits. 

Her work ethic is strong. She never misses an opportunity to help a member of the team or a student who has a need. When a tasks needs done, she confronts it heads on and helps lead the charge in accomplishing it. Integrity wise, Mrs. Autry does what is right even when people aren't looking. Her actions have earned her the hearts of those she serves. 

The mindfulness she demonstrates and the integrity by which she lives help make Pine Mountain Middle School the best place to teach, lead, and learn.
