Baker Elementary Handbook

Kindergarten registration for the 2019-2020 school year is now online!Go to:
After you have completed the Online Registration Form, you will need to come to Baker on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 8:30a.m.-11:30 a.m.
to submit the required enrollment documents listed below:

Proof of Birth: A certified copy of birth certificate or passport.
Social Security Card
Two (2) Proofs of Residency:
Home ownership documentation or lease/rental agreement;
and current monthly utility statement).

Georgia Certificate of Immunization (Form #3231)
Georgia Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition (Form #3300)
Georgia Law requires that kindergarten students must be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2019.

If you are registering your child for Kindergarten for the upcoming school year, please sign up for a screening appointment. This is an assessment of your child’s readiness skills for Kindergarten.

Kindergarten orientation for 2019-2020 will be held on Wednesday, March 27 at 8:30 a.m. Parents of rising kindergarten students are invited to attend a brief presentation and then take a tour of the school.
Children are welcome to attend.
