The data gathered from this survey will be used as part of the calculation of our School’s Climate Rating. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the GA Department of Education for analysis.  The survey window will close on March 6, 2020. Thank you again for your feedback and participation. Please click on the link below to access this survey.

Georgia Student Health Survey

The elementary survey for grades 3-5 is very short with approximately 10 questions. At least 75% of students at each grade level (3-5) must participate in the survey to be eligible for the School Climate Star Rating. Student survey responses are anonymous, self-reported, and will be submitted directly to the GA Department of Ed for analysis. This survey is also available in Spanish. If you have students who need the Spanish version, have them select this version within the survey.

Parents, please see the attached document regarding information on the Elementary School Climate Star Rating Survey, which will be administered to your student this month. Contact Mrs. Rice, our assistant principal, should you have any questions.

Carpool drop off begins at 7:15
Students are tardy after 7:45.
