Sept. 26th-30th: Fall Break


Next week Six Flags White Water will be open during the Cobb County and Marietta City School break and will be collecting food on behalf of MUST Ministries food pantries. Attendees will receive a discounted entrance to the park with their canned food donation. The food collected will help to stock MUST Ministries Save It Forward Food Pantries in Cobb County & Marietta City Schools.

Transportation Changes:  Anytime that the primary means of transportation changes, a written note must be sent to the classroom teacher.  This is in accordance with policy and ensures your child’s safety.  Changes should only be made during the school day in emergency situations.  No changes can be made after 1:20 p.m.  Transportation changes sent through Email will not be accepted.

Returning to School after an Absence ?

A letter written by a parent/guardian or licensed physician must be presented to the Attendance Office on the day a student returns to school from an absence.   The statement should indicate the reason for the absence, the number of days absent, work and/or home phone number where a parent can be reached and the parent’s signature.  Attendance records can only be updated within 3 days of the student’s return to school after the absence.


Camp Cheatham Hill will be open during September Break (September 26th – 30th). Camp will be held at the school all week!  Camp hours are from 7:00AM to 6:00 PM.  The rates are listed below.

Harrison Girls Fall Basketball Clinics

HYBA Registration is now open!


The Harrison Youth Basketball Association (HYBA) is one of the largest in Georgia.  HYBA provides Boys 1st-12th grade and Girls 1st-5th grade the opportunity to learn and have fun playing recreational basketball.  We practice 1x per week, play 10 games and a post season tournament.  Practices start late October with games played December through February.


HYBA is affiliated with the Atlanta Hawks.  As part of your participation in HYBA you'll receive 2 free tickets to a Hawks game at Phillips Arena with discounted tickets for the family.
