We Want to Hear From You!

We need your input for the Georgia Parent School Climate Survey. The survey contains 24 questions which should take about 5 to 8 minutes to complete. The data will be used to calculate the School Climate Star Rating, so all parents are encouraged to complete the survey using your personal computer, smartphone or tablet. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. Thank you in advance for your input.

Window open from October 5, 2015 - February 26, 2016. Click the link below or scan the QR code with your phone or tablet.

Important Change of Transportation Policy

We want to make sure your student is picked up or taken home from school in the afternoon in the most safe & orderly way possible.

Therefore, Changes in Transportation will no longer be accepted over the phone.

We ask that parents make all transportation arrangements clear before your student leaves for school in the morning. Parents may place a notice of change in the student's folder, or write in their agenda.

If a transportation change is necessary after the start of the school day, the Changes must be made in writing & submitted to office personnel before 1:30 pm.

You may also fax the change to 678-842-5832 but please call to verify that it is received by office personnel.

  1. All written changes must include the student's name, teacher's name, dates the change is effective, & the new mode of transportation.
  2. Parent's contact information & signature is required.

Click Here for Transportation Change Form.

Please do not send dismissal messages via email to the teachers.
