STEAM Night

Please join us for our 7th annual S.T.E.A.M. Night!
January 30th, 4:30-6:30pm

We will have 30 hands-on activities in the gym, cafeteria, learning commons, music room, and art room. This year we have added the Star Lab and our very own "Invention Convention" featuring ideas/prototypes from Sedalia Park students.
Please read below for more information about how your child can participate in the Invention Convention.

Enter the SPE Invention Convention!

We are inviting students to create their own inventions.
To make an invention, start by drafting an idea on the invention form and then begin to make a prototype of the invention using materials you have at home. Students are not required to build a prototype to enter the contest. They can simply turn in the invention form. Therefore, students have the option to turn in just the form so we can judge their creative ideas, or they may turn in both the form and a prototype of the invention.
All projects/invention forms are due the day before STEAM Night,
January 29th.

To help inspire students, we have prepared a PowerPoint with video examples. Check it out here!
Please contact Jordan Rooks or Cheri Craft if you have any questions.
