Summer Reading
Summer Reading is an important way for students to maintain what they have learned. It is important for our students to continue to increase their reading levels even when they are away from school. Studies have shown that reading several books over the summer break can help students retain what they have learned. For this summer, students at Tapp should read at least three books over the summer. Cobb County School District has again teamed up with the Cobb County Public Library to encourage. With each book read, a book review form should filled out and returned to the media center the first week of school. The instructions, the forms and suggested books are attached
