Early Release Schedule For May 23, 24
All Cobb County students will be dismissed early for the final two days of the school year, Wednesday, May 23 and Thursday, May 24. The early release schedule for each academic level is as follows:
Elementary Schools: Students released at 12:30 p.m.- (After-School Programs begin immediately after dismissal)
Buses will begin their normal routes at the early dismissal times for each level. These early release times have been added to the Cobb County School District master calendar, available to view and sync with your smartphone at http://www.cobbk12.org/generalinfo/calendars
Volunteer of the Year!
Thank you to our Volunteer of the Year, Mr. Ken Lyle for helping our students plant "12 Trees in 2012"! Students in grades K-3 participated in a "Keep Kemp Clean" poster contest last month and the winning students and classes planted the trees with Mr. Lyle. Congratulations to Mrs. Wood's Class, Mrs. Beames' Class, Mrs. Pritchett's Class and Mrs. Moore's class for being our winning classes for the contest. Also a BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Lyle for coordinating this wonderful contest!
