The Cobb County School District is again
offering School Choice (HB 251 and SB10) transfers for the
2014-2015 school year. Applications will be available
beginning February 10, 2014. For more information, please

Student Excused & Unexcused Absences
Section B. Excused and Unexcused Absences:
A letter written by a parent/guardian and/or licensed
physician explaining the reasons for absences must be
presented to school authorities by all students on the date
of return to school or no later than the following school
day after a period of absence from school. Failure to submit
a note within three schools days after a studentâ€™s return
from an absence will result in the absence being marked as

School begins promptly at 7:50 a.m.
If a student arrives after 7:50 a.m.,
the parent must park,
& sign in on the computer check-in system
for the student to
receive a Tardy Pass.
Instruction doesn't end until
No check-outs or transportation changes
