Georgia Parent Survey
The Georgia Department
of Education is asking parents to complete the Georgia Parent
Survey. All parents are encouraged to participate in the survey
because the data will be used to calculate the School Climate
Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the
Georgia Department of Education for analysis.
The survey window
is open through
Friday, March 27, 2015.

Cobb County Bar Association representative, Chase Swanson,
presents Mrs. Lloyd a $600 check for Nickajack's Jogging Club
having the most runners from an Elementary School in the
Sleighbell on the Square Run.
The Canadian Professional Women's Rugby Team
paid a visit to Nickajack's PE classes
on Thursday, 3/12, to demonstrate the
game of Rugby.
Our PE classes get involved in the discussion
of the game of Rugby with the professional athletics.

offering School Choice
(HB 251 & SB10) transfers for the 2015-2016 school year.
Individual school capacity information & applications

IMPORTANT CHANGE OF
We want to make sure your
student is picked up or taken home from school in the afternoon
in the most safe & orderly way possible.
Therefore, Changes in
Transportation will no longer be accepted over the phone.
We ask that parents make all
transportation arrangements clear before your student leaves for
school in the morning. Parents may place a notice of change in
the studentâ€™s folder, or write in their agendas prior to the
start of school.
If a transportation change is necessary after the start of the
school day, the Changes must be made in writing & submitted
to office personnel before 1:30 pm.
You may also fax the change to 678-842-5832 but please call to
verify that it is received by office personnel.
1. All written changes must include the student name(s),
teacherâ€™s name(s), dates the change is effective, & the new mode
2. Parent contact information and signature is required.
