EOC Make-Ups

End Of Course make
-ups will take place the week of August 21, please sign up HERE if you need to take an exam.

In order to be eligible for the August Mid-Month EOC you either missed the test in May or scored 69% or below. If you have any questions please contact Pamela McCabe.

New Student Registration/Enrollment:

Our Counseling Office only accepts new student registration/enrollment from 8am-11am.

Certificates of Enrollment:

Students/Parents needing a Certificate of Enrollment may come in to request it. We will need the student's name and address & they must be a student here at Wheeler for 10 days minimum.

Payment of $2 (exact cash only)
must be paid upon signing up for the Certificate of Enrollment.

If the address on the ID does not match the student's address in the system, then you will need to bring in two forms of proof of address.

Rising Seniors (Class of 2018):

Senior portraits must be taken prior to September 16th (new date) if they are to be included in the yearbook!

Senior portraits for the yearbook can ONLY be taken by CADY Studios! Please click below for more information as to how to sign up to get your portrait taken.

Parking Decals (Fall 2017):

Seniors & Juniors may now turn in all completed parking forms with required documentation.

Only fully completed information, with payment, will be accepted from 8am-2pm to Ms. Losner in Admin IV (across from room #150).

Updated Forms are now available!! Remember you must pay for a parking decal EACH & EVERY SEMESTER!!

Internet Science & Technology Fair

The Wheeler NanoNEXT Club is researching Graphene as a thin conductive film for touch screens or solar applications. Click HERE to see their Project information.


Students in Need of Transcripts

If you are a current Wheeler student in need of an official transcript for college or scholarship purposes, you must request this directly from the Counseling Office. Transcripts may be subject to a $2 fee (cash only).

Former Wheeler student in need of a transcript  can request their transcript online 24/7 and pay with credit card via ScribOrder.  For more details and to access the ordering site, click here Education verification requests for former students may also be requested through the ScribOrder site.

PSAT, SAT, and AP Prep through Khan Academy

Free prep for the NEW SAT and PSAT is now available. The College Board and Khan Academy have partnered to offer Free AP, SAT, and PSAT prep. This prep includes practice tests for the New PSAT and SAT.

ADAP (Alcohol and Drugs Awareness Program)

Wheeler Visitor Policy

We love to see our former students. However, to limit disruptions to the learning environment, we are limiting all former students’ visits to after school (3:30 pm) unless an appointment has been scheduled with the teacher you are visiting and verified by the front office staff.
