 We need your help! Please take a few minutes to complete the Georgia Health Parent Survey for our school. The Georgia Health Parent Survey is an anonymous yearly survey instrument that covers various topics such as school climate and safety, and peer/adult social support. This is one way our school’s climate rating is measured each year. Your participation is anonymous, but the results help us celebrate and improve as a school community. Also, students in grades 3-5 will take the student version of the Georgia Health Survey this month. Please contact the assistant principal, Melissa Barnhart by email at melissa.barnhart@cobbk12.org if you do not want your child to participate in the GA Health survey or have any questions. The student survey questions are attached below this message if you would like to review them.
