Before the Job Fair: Interested persons will be asked to register for the job fair, complete a CCSD substitute application, apply for the job posting “Critical Needs Substitute”, and secure a reference from their current/most recent supervisor.

At the Job Fair:  Each applicant will receive a screening interview (approximately 2 minutes) with a school administrator.  Interviewers will use a brief rubric to score interviews.

After the Job Fair:  Human Resources will review rubrics and contact qualified candidates to attend a Substitute Orientation the following week.  Upon the completion of orientation, paperwork, and a background check, selected candidates will be set up in AESOP  for ONLY those schools who participated in the Critical Needs Sub Hiring Fair.

If you are interested, please visit the school’s website over the next few weeks for additional information on how to register for the job fair! See you there!
