First Lady Deal Visits Bells Ferry

deal

First Lady Deal stopped by Bells Ferry on Friday, September 26, 2014 to see how our students stay strong for life. She was able to observe our students using Intelliboost and GoNoodle for a brain break. She also took time to share a story with our 1st grade students. The students and staff were very proud to share our school with the First lady of Georgia.

Blackboard Connect

The Cobb County School District is pleased to introduce the Blackboard Connect system, a new alert and notification service that sends personalized messages to parents as needed via phone, text, email, or all of the above.

With the Blackboard Connect service, schools will be able to deliver important information – including emergency notifications – in a timely manner, much faster than any previous system used by the school district.

Periodically you will receive Blackboard Connect messages from your school or the school district, including important event reminders for parent/teacher conferences, PTA meetings, early release days, attendance absences and tardies, and report cards. These messages may be delivered in the form of a phone call, email and/or text message.

The school district and your child’s school are proud to be able to provide a system allowing rapid and reliable communication with parents. Please click on the link below for directions on how to set up your account
