Office 365 Help Sessions

Media Specialist Taylor Wickline will offer Office 365 help sessions for parents on the following dates:

Wednesday, September 9th, at 8:15 a.m.

Tuesday, September 15th at 8:15 a.m.

Help sessions will take place in the Media Center and are for parents only. 

Please have your student's username and password with you to log in.

So that we may plan accordingly, please contact Taylor Wickline to confirm your attendance.

Palmer Re-Validated as an
AVID National Demonstration School

Palmer Middle School officially received re-validation as the only AVID National Demonstration School in the state of Georgia!! Our AVID program met the standards for supporting the program effectiveness and student progress. The AVID program is designed to increase students’ achievement, develop skills in writing for learning, achieve success in honor classes, and become an effective learner in groups.

Congratulations to all who helped make this possible including: our AVID students, the AVID site team, the school administration, and especially our AVID site team leader Mrs. Dora Brown and our AVID instructor Mr. Vijay Koilpillai!!

Summer Reading Challenge 2015

The Cobb County Public Library System and Scholastic, Inc. have partnered to provide all students with an opportunity to “Read for the World Record” this summer. The files below contain more information about the program. Students will receive logins and information for the Scholastic Challenge during the month of May at school from the media center.
