School Council Nomination and Vote!!
Parents, please stop by the front office and nominate yourself
or someone else who may be interested in becoming a part of our
school council. We need one more parent and two parents who are
also business owners. Nominations will be accepted until the end
of the day on Friday, October 7th. The voting will be
Monday, October 10th. Thanks so much for your help!
What is School Council?
of school councils is intended to help local boards of education
by bringing parents and the community together with teachers and
school administrators to create a better understanding of and
mutual respect for each other's concerns and share ideas for
school improvement. School councils shall represent the
community of parents and businesses. The members of the school
council are accountable to the constituents they serve and
school-wide perspective on issues
participate in school council meetings
information and training programs
as a link between the school council and the community
participation of parents and others
within the school community

student achievement and performance.

content resources and materials for
our ESOL students and teachers.
We would like to invite you to come
and look at the materials that are currently up for
consideration and provide us with your feedback.
These materials will be displayed for
your review in the ESOL room at Hollydale.
