NOMINATIONS FOR 2014-2015 PTSA EXECUTIVE BOARD

The Palmer PTSA Nominating Committee will be accepting nominations for the 2014-2015 PTSA Executive Board.  Forms may be picked up in the front lobby or downloaded here.

Nomination forms are due on or before April 18th.  Please turn them in to the front office in an envelope marked “PTSA Nominating Committee”.  President and/or Co-Presidents, Vice President and/or Co-Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer nominees are being sought.  Nominations will be reviewed and interviews scheduled for qualified PTSA members.

Some qualifications to consider for nominees (as outlined by Georgia PTA guidelines):

·       Knowledgeable about and adheres to the purposes and basic policies of PTSA

·       Exhibits enthusiasm for PTSA

·       Is a member in good standing and has a sense of fairness

·       Willingness to make PTSA a priority for his/her schedule relative to the duties of the position.
