Conference Week Survey
Thank you to the parents who were able to answer our online survey while you were here during conference week.  The results will be invaluable for our future planning. We appreciate your input very much!  If you did not get the opportunity to complete the survey please take a few minutes today! Click here for survey.

PTSA Newsletter
Please download the latest edition of the Maverick Mail, our PTSA Newsletter here. Lots of exciting information and news can be found in this quarter's edition!

Renaissance Fundraiser
Team up with H & R Block to raise funds for Renaissance.  McClure Family and Friends are welcome to participate in this event.  Download the H & R Block voucher and take to any H & R Block office in the nation.  They will pay $25.00 back to the school for each new client.  Last year we raised $700.00.

Internet Safety
The Internet offers students a wealth of opportunities to communicate, socialize, and explore the world.  These benefits come with certain risks.  Net Cetera:  Chatting with Kids About Being Online is a new guide with practical tips to help parents help their kids navigate the online world.  It's produced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and covers a variety of topics- from cyberbullying to using mobile phones safely.  Copies will be available during conference week or you can download your own PDF copy.

Cultural Arts Night is Coming
Cultural arts night is all about learning about different cultures.  The event will be held on February 11th at 7:00 pm.  If you would like to help with the event there are two different ways for you to contribute.  You can set up and man a table about your own culture or you can help with one of the nine culture tables from our Olympic nations.  Please e-mail Patty Reinhardt if you would like more information or would like to help. Thank you in advance for your help and support.

Eighth Grade Dance is Around the Corner
It is never too early to begin thinking about the future!  This year's 8th grade dance is scheduled for Friday, May 14th from 7:00 until 9:20 pm.  More details.

Need to ride a different bus home?
If your student will be riding home with another student there are some important guidelines that must be followed.  All bus changes must be approved through the attendance office before a student will be allowed on a different bus.  More Details.

Is Your Child a Car Rider?
Please view this video on car rider pick up procedure.  This informative video, while tongue in cheek, provides assistance for you to pick up your student in the safest possible manner.  We want all of our students to depart from McClure with as little delay and risk as possible.  (The movie will take a while to load.)
