To the Parents of a Rising Green Acres Kindergarten student

We are excited to welcome your Kindergarten child to Green Acres Elementary for the 2022-2023 school year.   

To complete your child’s registration, you will be required to upload a copy of the following documents:

1.    Current Proof of Homeownership or Lease/Rental Agreement

2.    Current Utility Monthly Statement

3.    Certificate of Immunization Georgia Form 3231

4.    Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Georgia Form 3300

5.    Proof of Birth Date

6.    Social Security Number

REGISTRATION SUPPORT

We recommend registering as soon as possible in case you run into any issues using the portal.  If you need access to a computer or help completing registration, You can contact the school’s registration office at (678) 842-6905 to make an appointment to come in and register your student:

Tuesdays, from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Wednesdays,  from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Thursdays,  from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Please bring all documents to fully register your child when you come.  If you do not have all documents at the time of registration, we will not be able to register your student until you have all documents.
