Hendricks Elementary's APTT Night for K-5 Parents - Plan Goals with Your Child's Teacher!

Hendricks Elementary has a unique program that we call "Husky P.A.C.K. APTT Nights." That's a long acronym, but what does it mean?
Husky PACK refers to "Husky Parent Academic Collaboration is Key!" APTT is Academic Parent-Teacher Teams. When we put these together, we form a strong bond between what our teachers do and how our parents can build on classroom learning to insure that our students excel in their academic growth. In a nutshell, we want to partner with our parents and construct a plan for each student's success.
An APTT Night is coming up soon on Thursday, January 29th, 2026, from 5:30 - 6:30. Hendricks Staff members will be on hand in our classrooms to meet with parents. This is a great chance for parents to work with their child's teacher to form an understanding about how best to guide students toward goals they need to reach.
Our APTT Night is for Parents of all students from Kindergarten - 5th grade.
The evening will start off with dinner for our Parents! An RSVP is necessary and dinner will be served only from 4:45 - 5:30.
At 5:30, parents will make their way to their children's classrooms to meet with teachers. APTT Night will end at 6:30 PM. Hendricks Students in Kindergarten - 5th grade are invited to attend with their parents, but we will have no accommodations for other children or siblings.
