Relax, play, and have fun this summer. Keep reading, too! By reading 20+ minutes a day, students avoid the "summer academic slide" and maintain or advance academic gains. To support summer reading and learning, we challenge all students to read 20 minutes every day and set a goal to read at least 15 hours this summer!
Beanstack is our summer reading platform again for Cobb County School District students this summer! It is available online and as an app.
The Summer Reading Challenge will begin on June 1, 2026 and end on July 31, 2026.
Students can access their Beanstack school account here, or through Cobb Digital Library, or from the mobile Beanstack Tracker app.
