Ferguson Wins District Level CEOTY

Kim Ferguson, Pine Mountain Clerk, was named the Middle Level Cobb County School District Employee of the Year Thursday, September 12 during the district's recognition luncheon for all the local classified employee of the year honorees at the Cobb Performing Energy Center. Ferguson was accompanied by her husband and principal.
Out of all the schools and departments within the district, only one honoree is named as the elementary, middle, high, and district level classified employee of the year for the entire district. Pine Mountain's Kim Ferguson was selected as the overall winner out of all the middle schools within our district. This is the second time in the past five years that a Pine Mountain staff member has been recognized as the overall winner at the middle school level for either the classified or certified level.
Speaking of Mrs. Ferguson's accomplishments at the school, Principal Nelson said, "Next Level. These two words capture Kim Ferguson’s impact in our school. Mrs. Ferguson is never satisfied with her work or the experience she provides to those she comes into contact with being anything less than a “next level” experience. Her work elevates the climate within the school, creates the type of experience any world-class organization strives to provide for their clients, and ensures the details make the difference."
