Tutoring Schedule
Our tutoring program is free and available for all students. Simpson teachers will provide extra focus on concepts that help students close learning gaps, study for tests, improve their grades, and help them prepare for the Georgia Milestones assessments that will be administered in April, 2020. Students will be tutored based on their needs, and their progress will be closely monitored throughout the year. Attending tutoring regularly is extremely important. Your support and encouragement are vital for your child’s success.

Due to the opioid crisis and growing concerns about e-cigarettes and other substance abuse, the GaDOE developed a webpage devoted exclusively to substance abuse prevention and education.

Each of us has a responsibility to prevent bullying behavior.  If you are aware of a bullying situation please report it to an adult in the building.  If you would rather, you can complete the Bullying Incident Report form and return it to school. The form is available in the academic wings as well.  You can make a difference by reporting bullying. You can also click on the link to the left to learn about more school district resources.  Please help us make Simpson a bully free zone

Simpson Middle School is happy to provide academic records for any student/parent who applies to a private institution and submits the proper release form. The transcripts and standardized test scores of our students present an academic summary of each student.   Final transcripts include a behavior mark to inform parents of student behavioral progress.  We consider these documents the official record for that student/applicant. We do not provide information or complete forms that ask for the parent(s) ability to pay, parent(s) level of education, or the level of parent participation and cooperation.  In addition, we do not answer questions that rate or rank character questions regarding the student applicant.

Simpson Middle School has been recognized as a 2015 Model School by the International Center for Leadership in Education.  For the past twenty-three years, schools around the world have been selected based on rapid improvement and rigor, relevance and relationships.
