One Day Parking
Requesting a Certificate of Attendance
This is available on
Tuesdays
only in the
Attendance Office.

Certificates of
Attendance
are required to
obtain both
a learner's permit
and a driver's
license.

Please complete a
request form located
in the Attendance
Office.

Give the completed
form and prepay
$2.00 to Ms. Gabbert
in the Attendance
Office.
-
Sign the log book to
show you paid.
-
DO NOT leave the
form of the money on
the desk!
-
You may not request
one during classroom
time.
-
Requests can be made
before school on
Tuesdays ONLY
in the Attendance
Office.
-
No requests will be
taken after
8:20 AM Tuesdays.

It takes 3
days to process the
request.

Completed
Certificates of
Attendance will be
available
for pick up Fridays
before school or
during all four
lunches.

If you were out of
Cobb County School
District the
previous year it is
a longer process to
establish your
attendance history.

The certificate is
good for 30 days
from the date it was
signed.

You will be denied a
certificate if you
have 10 or more
unexcused absences
in previous or
current school year
or major discipline.
