2024-2025 Academic (Core) Course Verification 

The 2024-2025 student academic course requests entered during core registration are available in StudentVue and in ParentVue. Core course verification will open at 7:00 AM on Monday, April 29, and will close at 11:59 PM on Friday, May 3.

To see the courses entered for each student, select “Course Requests” from the menu. The listed courses do not represent the student’s 2024-2025 academic schedule.

Additional Course Documentation

Students who would like to request an academic course change, must submit a waiver from April 29 through May 3. IMPORTANT NOTE: THE SUBMISSION OF A WAIVER DOES NOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENT IN THE REQUESTED COURSE.

The additional course request form will be available at the start of the 2024-2025 school year.

Registration for Spring Semester 2025 Academic (core) Classes

Registration for Spring 2025 academic (core) classes will be held February 8 – February 15, 2023. Teachers will speak with students about their recommended academic core placements. Each content area has specific placement requirements, including for honors and Advanced Placement courses.


Application Required Electives – Applications Now Available

Attention Rising Seniors and Rising Juniors:

Application required elective courses are now available for application submission for rising juniors and seniors. Completed applications are due by Sunday, April 7. If you have questions, please speak with Mr. Wright (room 218).

If you have a job and/or plan to have a job, please consider applying to participate in the Work Based Learning Program (WBL). Please complete the WBL application if you are interested. 

If you are interested in working in one of the administrative offices, counseling or the attendance office, please complete the application for Mentorship

If you have completed Marketing Principles and have an interest in furthering your knowledge in business practices, you can apply to work in the Kennesaw Mountain School Store

Seniors Only: If you are interested in requesting Minimum Morning or Minimum Day next year, please see Mr. Wright (room 218) to receive the application. IMPORTANT: All completed Minimum Morning/Minimum Day applications must be returned to the School Counseling office for review and approval.
