What Is PBIS?

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based, data-driven framework designed to create positive learning environments that support improved academic, behavioral, and social outcomes for all students. The goal is to teach, model, and practice appropriate behaviors by providing feedback and promoting a culture that maximizes teaching and learning at Lindley Middle School.

The Falcon Five

The Lindley Middle Falcon Five are the PBIS principles that support our student expectations for behavior.

  • Be Respectful
  • Be Responsible
  • Be Present
  • Be Involved
  • Be Safe & Orderly

The Falcon Five should be a way of life! We encourage our students to display these behaviors in school, at home, and in their community!

PBIS In Action!

Students are able to participate in monthly celebrations that acknowledge positive behaviors! Check out photos from some of our PBIS events this school year in our newsletter attached! Our next PBIS celebration will be our Annual Soccer Competition @ Lindley Middle (March 30th).
