Dismissal and Changes in Transportation

Dismissal Reminders & Changes for 2024-25 School Year

We will continue to use ParentVue as our means for dismissal.

Prior to the first day of school, parents will need to log into ParentVue and select a default transportation.

Directions for setting up afternoon preferences: Log into ParentVue, click Student Information, click Update Student Information, click View Changes and After School Dismissal, set default choices. Please note, all changes to afternoon dismissal must be done through ParentVue and must be completed prior to 1:40pm each day. We do not accept handwritten notes for transportation changes. Once you have set your default transportation, be sure to select your emergency transportation. Emergency transportation is the way in which your child will go home in the event of a school, county or state emergency.

New this year: Every student will receive a car rider tag with a bar code on it. In order for a child to be dismissed through the car rider line, you MUST show the bar code to be scanned. If you cannot present the bar code, you will be required to park, bring in identification, and pick up your child from the front office.

We will provide you with one tag with a bar code on it. You can copy it to share with trusted adults that you think may need to pick up your child. The enrolling adult can also pull up the bar code on ParentVue and show it on your phone or print a new copy.
