All registration takes place online with Cobb County Schools.
If your student is new and has never attended a Cobb County school or was a previous student and is returning to the Cobb County School District, please use our secure online registration system at olr.cobbk12.org to register your student and upload all enrollment documents. See the steps below or download the attached flyer.
If you are registering a current student and are changing to another Cobb school due to an address change, log into your ParentVUE account to update your address and complete the Change Schools process.
If you have a current Cobb County student but you need to register a new student, log into your ParentVUE account to register additional new students.

Documents Needed:
The following documents must be uploaded into your registration account:
- Proof of Residency
- In order to verify residency within the district, two or more of the following items are required:
- Home ownership documentation or lease/rental agreement; and
- Current utility monthly statement.
- In order to verify residency within the district, two or more of the following items are required:
- Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231)
- Available from a GA physician or the Cobb County Health Department.
- Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutritional Screening (From 3300)
- Available from a GA physician or the Cobb County Health Department.
- Must be dated within 12 months of the first day of school.
- Proof of Birthdate
- The school will accept one of the following documents: certified copy of Birth Certificate, Military ID, Passport, Adoption Record, a religious record authorized by a religious official, and official school transcript, or an affidavit of age.
- Social Security Card or CCSD waiver Form JBC-4
- The social security number will be required by the state for students applying for the HOPE scholarship.

FAQ’s
Q: What is the age requirement?
A: If the student participates in a Georgia Pre-K program at age four, they will automatically go to Kindergarten at five and first grade at six (must be state supported not private). If the student is six years old by September 1 and enrolling for the first time, the student can enroll in Kindergarten or first grade.
Q: How long does it take for my registration to be processed?
A: It typically takes 1 to 2 business days to be processed, unless it is during the busy enrollment dates of the spring prior to the year being applied for or at the start of the school year.
Q: Will I be contacted about my registration?
A: Yes, you will be contacted by a school representative when your child will be able to begin school.
Q: Can I tour the school prior to my student beginning?
A: Brumby offers a variety of ways to see the school prior to the next school year beginning. Sign up for a tour on select Wednesdays during the school year. Click Here to learn more.
Attend the Meet and Greet the week prior to school starting. Attendees must be registered to attend.
If your child is attending Kindergarten, Brumby offers a mini camp two weeks prior to the start of school so that students can get a feel for what a “day in the life of a Bobcat” looks like. Attendees must be registered to attend.
