Current Students or Students Withdrawn Within the Last Two Years

If your child is currently enrolled in Cobb County School District or withdrew from a Cobb County school within the past two years, student cumulative records are maintained at the school the student currently attends or last attended. To request a copy of these records, please complete the JR-3 Parent/Guardian Request for Records and submit it directly to the school. Records are maintained at the last school attended for a minimum of two years. To locate the appropriate school, please visit the Cobb County School District School List.

Special Education Records

Special Education and psychological records are maintained separately by the Office of Special Student Services. To request these records, please complete the JR-3 Parent/Guardian Request for Special Education Records and follow the instructions provided on the form.
