VOLUNTEERS

Parents are needed to actively serve on PTA committees and School Council to enhance our school and student performance by volunteering in various areas (Learning Commons, classrooms, cafeteria, Field Day, Field Trips, etc.).  Because of confidentiality issues and the protection of privacy of our student's records, volunteers are not permitted to work in the office area with confidential student documents. Interested parents should contact the office or their child's teacher prior to coming to volunteer. 

School volunteers must know that you are mandatory reporters of any suspected child abuse to DFCS. You must call DFCS intake @ 770-319-3700 or after hours @ 1-855-422-4453. You may leave a message with the information if no one answers. After making a report, please inform our Guidance Counselor so that we are aware of the problem and your concerns.
