Administration
Kristin ErbskornKristin Erbskorn, Principal
I am honored to begin my sixth year serving as Principal of Davis Elementary School. The passion and dedication of our staff, the special events and traditions provided for students, and the sense of family pervasive through the school define Davis.
For the past 27 years, I have served the Cobb County School District as a teacher, area lead teacher, and administrator. As area lead teacher, I worked as a K-5 trainer in multiple schools in the areas of writing, visual organizers, engagement strategies, and utilizing data to drive instruction. I then worked as an administrator at both Pitner and East Side elementary schools.
The Davis staff is passionate about providing a quality instructional program as well as educating the whole child through the arts, STEM education, physical education, and character education. We believe in facilitating each child’s discovery of their strengths in order to ignite their curiosity and motivation. Our job in elementary school is to ensure each student receives a strong academic foundation, social skills, and the tools necessary to be successful in their school career and in life. Every child must feel safe, valued, and supported.
On a personal note, I have been married to my wonderful husband for the past 30 years. He operates a horse training and show barn in the Woodstock area. When I am away from school, I spend time enjoying our horses and our two French bulldogs, Gooey and Sticky.

I have been married to my husband, David, for 15 years and we have 2 children, Brooke and Andrew, and a dog named Rusty. When not at Davis, I am usually taking my cheering on my children at swim team, reading, or supporting UGA football.
I look forward to continuing to build positive relationships with community and helping to ensure a safe and fun learning environment for all students.
