Welcome to Frey Elementary and the 2026-2027 school year!
am so excited to begin my fourth year as principal of Frey Elementary! The warm, welcoming atmosphere, supportive community, and smiling faces that fill our halls make Frey a truly special place, and I am honored to continue serving this incredible school community.
I am grateful for the strong relationships we have built, the memories we have created, and the successes we have celebrated. Each year, I continue to be inspired by our amazing students, dedicated staff, and supportive families who make Frey such a special place.
This year, our theme is Frey Flames...Better Together! We believe that when students, staff, families, and the community work together, we create an environment where everyone can thrive. Throughout the year, we will celebrate the unique strengths and talents that each person brings to our school while recognizing that we are stronger when we support one another and work toward common goals.
As we begin this exciting new school year, we remain committed to our mission to Embrace, Encourage, and Empower every child. We will continue to provide meaningful learning experiences, foster strong relationships, and create opportunities for all students to reach their full potential.

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!
I am excited to begin my second year as Assistant Principal at Frey Elementary and to continue serving this incredible community of students, staff, and families. As I begin my 27th year in education, I remain grateful to be back in Cobb County, where my educational journey first began. It is truly a privilege to be part of a school where relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to student success are at the heart of everything we do.
This year, we are celebrating our theme, Frey Flames...Better Together! I believe that when students, staff, families, and our community work together, we create opportunities for every child to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Each member of our Frey family brings unique strengths and talents, and together we create a school where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to succeed.
I look forward to another wonderful year of building relationships, celebrating accomplishments, and supporting our students as they learn, grow, and lead. Bonnie Interligi, Student Support Administrator
My name is Bonnie Interligi and I am excited to join Frey as the new Student Support Administrator (SSA) for the upcoming school year!
I just finished my 15th year teaching special education in Cobb County. I love teaching and helping kids see how amazing they are. I am excited to support the teachers and students this year.
I have two boys, Lucas who will be in fourth grade and Henry who will be in first grade in the Fall. They keep my husband and I busy! We are usually playing baseball, at the park or playing uno and board games. We love to be outside in the mountains, the beach, or going on adventures.
I am looking forward to being a part of Frey this year!
