Please be advised the CCSD will require all physicals for the 2026-27 school year to be dated April 1st , 2026 or later, for Athletic Registrations. (i.e. for 2026-27 Athletic Registration: 1. Physical dated 3.31.26 will not be accepted. 2. Physical dated 4.01.2026 will expire 5.19.2027)
