Each month, we recognize one certified and one classified staff member at the Mill with the coveted "Cathy Ewers" staff member of the month award during our monthly staff meeting! Staff members are nominated by their co-workers, parents, and students! The winners receive a small trophy and a swag bag full of goodies from one of our Pirate partners, The Pearl Spa!
