To the Parents of a Rising Kindergarten Pitner Patriot,

We are excited to welcome your child to Pitner for the 2022-2023 school year.  To better prepare you for kindergarten, we will host a:

KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION on Thursday, April 14, 2022

Only students fully registered for next year will be able to participate in Orientation Day.  Registration is completed online at https://www.cobbk12.org/page/291/student-enrollment

To complete your child’s registration, you will be required to upload a copy of the following documents:

1. Current Proof of Homeownership or Lease/Rental Agreement
2. Current Utility Monthly Statement
3. Certificate of Immunization Georgia Form 3231
4. Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Georgia Form 3300
5. Proof of Birth Date
6. Social Security Number

REGISTRATION SUPPORT

We recommend registering as soon as possible in case you run into any issues using the portal.  If you need access to a computer or help completing registration, we will offer Help Sessions at Pitner on:

Thursday, March 24 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Thursday, March 31 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Please bring all documents to fully register your child when you come.  Orientation information will be emailed to families after the Help Sessions.
