Enrollment Information

Whether you are new to the Cobb County School District (CCSD), or whether you have a current student in the CCSD, start by going to
When enrolling students new to the CCSD, you will need an active email address. You will also need the following pieces of information when enrolling your student:
- Proof of Residency
- Immunization Records
- Certificate of Vision/Hearing/Dental/Nutritional Screening
(Georgia Form 3300, obtained by a medical professional)
- Proof of Birthdate
- Social Security Number
When needing to change the school enrollment of a student who is already a CCSD student, you will be redirected to your ParentVUE account. Here you will be asked to upload supporting documents regarding this change in enrollment.
In both of these cases, your information will be saved in the registration portal. Starting July 18th, your information will be processed, and you may be contacted with any additional information needed to complete the enrollment.

En ambos casos, su información se guardará en el portal de registro. A partir del 18 de julio, su información será procesada, y usted puede ser contactado con cualquier información adicional necesaria para completar la inscripción.
