CCSD Spring Learning Collection
Welcome to the Cobb County School District’s Spring Learning Collection. These collections include instructional activities students can complete during Spring Break. There are no grades associated with these activities as they serve as an optional supplement to the instruction your student receives throughout the school year. Activities are available for each day of the Spring break and can be completed at a time convenient for the family. Click the link below and enter the access key: SLC2026

April Family STEM Challenge
Join our April Family STEM Challenge! After listening to the featured story, work with your family to design and build a soft landing capsule that will protect an egg landing on the moon. Then test your design at home to see if your egg survives the landing! To keep things clean, place your egg in a Ziplock bag before testing. When you're done, you may bring your clean, egg-free capsule to school or a photo of your family testing the design.
Important: Please do not bring raw eggs to school—that would be a real outer-space level disaster!

Fourth Grade Silver Pens Ceremony
Congratulations to Jude Goodman for being the Kiwanis Silver Pens Writer for Vaughan ES. Jude competed against every fourth grader at Vaughan ES and was voted on by the Kiwanis Club!
Field Day T-shirts
Field Day t-shirts are now available for purchase! Shirts are $12 and can be ordered through MyPaymentsPlus or by returning the order form sent home with your student. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Newsome. The deadline to place your order is Friday, April 17th.
