Mission Statement

The mission of the Cobb County School Health Services is to strengthen and facilitate the educational process through improvement and protection of the health status of all students. School nurses work as a team with school administrators, teachers, counselors, school social workers, families, and community to identify and assist each student to reach their maximum state of well-being.

Medical Needs and Medications:

If you have a student with a chronic health condition (i.e. asthma, food or other serious allergies, seizures, diabetes, or other conditions), takes scheduled prescribed medication or over-the-counter medication as needed, please call, email or stop by the clinic so that you can get the appropriate information. Forms and paperwork can also be found on the School Health Services webpage. Click here. Please be aware the clinic does not stock medication. Any medication must be brought to the school by the student’s parent, legal guardian, or other designated adult.
