Ally participated in the Cobb County School District's Summer Work-Based Learning program, earning high school credit while gaining valuable real-world experience through her summer job. She worked more than 185 hours and was recognized with the Rookie of the Summer Award for her outstanding performance.

Her supervisor shared the following praise:

"Ally is, by far, the best lifeguard on our team. I am currently working to have her promoted to a manager position by the end of this summer and for next summer. She consistently exceeds expectations and is the best lifeguard I have had in the past four years."
