“Awtrey Spooktacular” Event

Dear Parents and Students:
In honor of 1st Quarter Celebrations, the PBIS Team and Awtrey’s Drama Club are sponsoring an “Awtrey Spooktacular” event for students on Friday, October 28, from 6:30 – 8:00. Students may wear costumes (no masks please) and participate in Trick or Trail, Haunted Nightmares Mansion, and the Awtrey Spooktacular Dance. Parents will be responsible for picking up students PROMPTLY at 8:00 p.m. in front of the school.
Students must have a signed PERMISSION SLIP from a parent in order to attend the event. The event cost is $5, which includes the following: Trick or Treating, Entry to the Haunted Mansion, and attending the Dance.
So that we can plan for this event, permission slips and funds must be turned in by Friday, October 28th at 9:10. All permission slips must be turned in before the event. They will not be accepted at the door the night of the event.
Any funds left after purchase of needs for the Events will be donated to the Giving Tree for our Holiday Outreach!
The school’s dress code and behavior code will be in effect during the event. No revealing costumes or props that violate the district policies will be allowed.
Additional donations of candy for the Trick or Trail Event and Parent Chaperones are appreciated. If you would like to donate, or volunteer, please reach out Ms. Westfall at honey.westfall@cobbk12.org
