Dear Kincaid Families,
It is with great excitement and gratitude that I welcome you to a new school year at Kincaid Elementary! I am honored to serve this incredible community and look forward to partnering with each of you as we begin what I know will be a fantastic year of learning, growth, and success.
One of the things I am most excited about is building meaningful relationships with our students, families, staff, and community members. Strong partnerships are the heart of each day, and I cannot wait to meet each of you, learn your stories, and work together to create the very best educational experience for our students.
I am deeply committed to the continued success of Kincaid Elementary. I believe every child deserves a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Together, we will continue to build upon Kincaid’s traditions while embracing new opportunities that help all students reach their fullest potential.
A little about me personally—I am married to my wonderful husband, and we have a daughter who keeps us smiling and busy every day, along with our beloved dog. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, listening, watching, and reading crime dramas, and traveling to the beach whenever we have the opportunity.
As we begin this school year, please know that my door is always open. I value your partnership, your feedback, and your involvement in our school community. Dr. Jane Griffeth, Assistant Principal
Greetings Cougar Nation! I am honored to serve Kincaid Elementary as the Assistant Principal for my 9th year! I love Kincaid and the friendly, warm, and welcoming atmosphere it provides for all staff, students, and parents. I look forward to continuing to serve this wonderful community!
My passion is special education and advocating for the unique needs of ALL students. My background includes working in the corporate world as a Corporate Trainer, serving as a Special Education Teacher, and working for three years as a Support and Services Administrator in the Cobb County School District. It is an absolute pleasure to serve the wonderful students, families, and community of Kincaid!
I have been married to my sweet husband Chris for 27 years and we have two children, our 21-year-old son, who is a current UGA student and graduate of Harrison Highschool, and a 23-year-old daughter, graduate of Kennesaw Mountain Highschool, who also works for the Cob County School District. I love to travel to new places, spend time at the lake and beach, read, cook, and spend time with friends and family.
