Celebrating Our Classified Employee of the Year: Sylvia Arnold!

At our full staff meeting on March 3rd, King Springs Elementary proudly announced Sylvia Arnold as our Classified Employee of the Year!
Sylvia serves as a paraprofessional in Mrs. Elizabeth Miller’s kindergarten classroom, and we couldn’t be more excited to recognize her incredible impact on our students, staff, and school community.
💛 Why Sylvia Shines
Sylvia was nominated by Mrs. Miller, who shared just how extraordinary she truly is:
“Sylvia is an incredible staff member and deserves to be recognized for all that she does for our school! I am constantly in awe of Sylvia’s work ethic. She is always committed to helping and supporting myself, our kindergarten team, and KSE.”
“...she knows what lesson, activity, or craft we are going to do next and is already prepping it before I even talk to her about it!”
“She does not like to sit still—she is always moving, working on something, or helping somebody. She is always asking how she can help or what she can do next.”
🌈 A Joyful Presence
Sylvia’s compassion and energy brighten every corner of KSE:
- She supports students, teachers, and parents with kindness and care.
- She brings laughter and fun to the kindergarten team each day.
- She sings, dances, and adds a level of joy that makes learning lively, warm, and memorable.
“Sylvia is JOYFUL! She has such a zest for life. She is so much FUN and keeps me, our class, and the entire kindergarten team laughing. She truly brings such energy and liveliness to our class.”
🎉 A Well-Deserved Honor
Sylvia is a pillar of support in our school—dependable, hardworking, and bursting with heart. Her dedication to students and staff, along with her contagious enthusiasm, makes her an essential part of our KSE family.
We are so proud to celebrate Sylvia Arnold as our Classified Employee of the Year.
She is most deserving, and we are lucky to have her at King Springs!
